Extended administration includes:

• Complex analysis of all business objectives included consults and international tax planning and optimization
• Service of nominee Director(s)/members of the board and/or shareholder(s) including power of attorney in your name
• Anonymity of ownership of your offshore company
• Bank account
• Fee for registered office, registered agent, secretary, treasurer, annual report, annual fee

Extra actions of offshore companies:

1st option: acting ad-hoc

Each action (preparation/drafting of an agreement, signing an agreement brought to us, transference of share, drafting/signing resolutions, issuing minutes of general meetings, issuing bills and invoices, checks and notes, preparing a documentation package for banks, courts or inland revenue etc.) is paid by hourly fee billed by our partners.

2^nd option: all-inclusive

This option includes all steps necessary for complex and correct running of your offshore company, typically:

• Getting certified signatures upon documents, drafting and signing contracts and agreements, sworn translations, transference of shares and purchase of securities, preparation of offshore holding structures, errands, trips to banks, regular billing on behalf, issuing credit notes and checks, due diligence documentation for banks, inland revenue and tax authorities, auditors etc.

Full year fee for all-inclusive option depends on size of your business: 40,000 to 100,000 CZK
