Very often additional service ever required by our clients at company formation and sale of offshore companies is provision of registered corporate seat. Seat is always provided in the destination and clients forming or buying an offshore company DO NOT pay any extra fee for provision of registered seat in that destination, the service is part of our annual administration.

Providing a registered office abroad is a very useful and favorite service often used by individuals and companies alike. The essence is providing an address where both private or business mail is to be delivered. So delivered mail shall be remitted according to your instructions – remitted at times you set up na either to your home or scanned and e-mailed to your e-mail or fax. You can also send out mail from that address.

You can also have your own telephone and fax number and have phone messages and faxes forwarded. It is also possible to hire a secretary who will actively pick up phones and take messages for you. It is also possible to pay a telephone service that shall automatically connect all incoming calls to your cell phone or home/office line in the Czech Republic.

Basic package costs 20,000 CZK a year and includes:

• address for delivering mail
• receiving mail at that address
• forwarding to your specified address in intervals you choose
• sending mail from that address

Above the annual fee it is necessary to pay deposits for postage. This deposit shall be reduced by every cost of postage for forwarding or remitting.
